The before and after

Same business. New website.

Global Realty of Elizabethtown came to me with a site built in 2009. Drag the handle.

After: the rebuilt Global Realty website, modern and clean
Before: the original 2009 Global Realty website

Their real website, then and now. Yours could be the next one on this slider.

The work speaks first.

Real businesses, real sites, drawn from scratch. No templates, no page builders, nothing your competitor can buy off a shelf.

What you actually get.

Not a template with your logo dropped in. A site drawn around how your business works.

01

It works on a phone

Most of your customers will only ever see your site on one, so it gets designed there first and checked on a real phone before you ever see it.

02

You update it yourself

Prices, photos, hours, listings. A simple admin page, no waiting on anybody.

03

It loads fast

Three seconds of loading is all it takes to lose someone back to Google. Yours will not take three seconds.

04

A person answers the phone

Hosting, backups, security, and someone you know by name when something looks wrong. That part is the whole point.

How it works.

Day one

We talk

Twenty minutes on the phone about what you do and who you want calling you. No charge, no pitch.

Weeks 1 to 2

I draw it, then build it

You get a fixed price in writing before I start, and a private link to watch it take shape.

Week 3

It goes live

Your web address points at the new site. Then I show you how to run it.

In writing: a fixed price before any work starts. I never do extra work and surprise you with a bill for it.

Fair questions.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what your business actually needs, so I do not sell one-size-fits-all packages. You get a fixed price in writing after a twenty minute call, and it does not change on you after that.

How long does it take?

About three weeks from go-ahead to live for most builds. You get a private link and watch it take shape the whole way.

I am not technical. Is that a problem?

That is the point of hiring me. You get a simple admin page for changing prices, photos and hours yourself, and my phone number for everything else. I build for people who run businesses, not websites.

What happens after it goes live?

A monthly care plan covers hosting, backups, security, and me personally on call. It runs month to month, you can stop with 30 days notice, and the site is yours either way.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is designed and written by hand around your business. That is why they load fast, work on phones, and do not look like anyone else's.

I'm Jack Bowker.

I build websites in eastern North Carolina, one at a time. There is no account manager and no ticket queue. You get my number, and when you call it, I answer. If I would not put my name on it, it does not go live.

Tell me what you do.

I will tell you honestly whether I can help, and roughly what it would cost. Twenty minutes, no charge.

Rather talk than type? Call. A person answers, and it is the same person who builds the site.
